When selling a home, what outdated items do buyers REALLY notice? Let’s face it, who wants to renovate their whole house in the middle of finding a new home, packing, and all the other headaches that come with selling a home? Selling is exhausting, stressful, and it can be costly.

So let’s try for the easiest, fastest, and most cost-effective ways to update our home to bring more interest from buyers. It does not have to be hard! There are a lot of ways to make your home inviting and interesting to capture a buyer’s attention. And really, the best and easiest way is to declutter, declutter, declutter!
