Krista Gross, ABR, SRS

Growing up in a small farming community in West Virginia, Krista learned from an early age all about community, helping neighbors, and treating others with respect. She earned her bachelor’s degree in government at Northwest Missouri State University and subsequently worked in Washington, D.C. While in our nation’s capitol, she served on a congressional representative’s staff and held positions with the USDA Graduate School and AT&T.

In 2003, Krista moved to Pullman, accepting an editorial position in the research and development division of Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories. In her 14 years with SEL, she also served as a technical training manager.

Krista and her husband, Scott, raised two wonderful children who are products of the fantastic Pullman school system. With both children now away at college, she enjoys helping others by working to match them with their perfect home. One of Krista’s passions is meeting people and learning what makes them happy in life. She listens with her heart, stands by her word, and will work tirelessly on your behalf whether you are buying, selling, or investing in real estate.

Krista is attentive to her clients’ needs, maintains regular communication, and prides herself on forming enduring partnerships. She will exceed your expectations!

Krista's interest in policy didn't stop when she left Capitol Hill. Her involvement in the governmental affairs committe on the Whitman County Association of REALTORS enabled her to meet with our state legislators for the 2018 Legislative Days. She looks out for YOUR personal property rights!

Community Service

Krista regularly volunteers at Washington State University's Career Fair Coaching events. She shares her expertise in hiring, interviewing, and managing teams and coaches students on their elevator speeches, professional appearance, communication skills, and gaining confidence.

Not only do I, but the entire ambassador team, appreciates Krista's attendance to both the Career Fair Coaching and the Etiquette Dinner. It was such a fun time talking to Krista and having her present at the events. Both events were brightended by Krista's presence, and there is nothing better than having a motivated and outgoing professional joins us at these events.
